Advert Production

Should you choose to email advert copy please identify in the subject box your Estate Agent name, section it is to appear in and advert size (e.g. Knight Frank NW Central FP). The text should be supplied in either a Word document or typed directly in to the email. Photographs should be supplied as JPEG files with the resolution being a minimum of 300dpi.

Please number the different properties in the order you want them to appear in your advertisement. You should identify the text and associated photographs by labeling both as the same number (e.g. Text 1 with Pic 1).

To ISDN finished PDFs clearly mark the file for the attention of London Lettings and inform us either by telephone or email what you are sending.

Proofs and corrections

PDF proofs will be sent directly to you by email. If you have any corrections / alterations, simply reply to the email clearly stating the changes needed. When the amendments have been done a second PDF proof will be sent so that you can check that your changes have been carried out correctly. A charge will be made to you for any further proofs required.

Artwork

We are Macintosh based

Formats: QuarkXpress 6 or high resolution PDF files (these must be provided with a minimum of 3mm bleed, registration marks and 10mm extra on all sides i.e. finished size 250mm x 320mm).

Photographs: All images must be CMYK and a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Pictures should be saved as JPEG files (maximum quality and lowest compression). We cannot accept photographs embedded in Word documents.

Fonts: Any fonts supplied must be Mac compatible. Pages sent using PC fonts may have to be reset.

Take note: We cannot guarantee the registration on the small type and reversed out lettering, when made out of multiple colours.
